【Abstract】Financial management major put emphasis on professional practice, and it set aim on train professional financial management person from higher vocational education; continue to expand the field of practice. And it has become an important part of teaching. This thesis analyze professional practice teaching principle and the necessity of the hand from the construction of financial management into the higher vocational education, pay attention to the problem of the practical teaching of financial management specialty in higher vocational education, and put forward the reform strategy to improve financial management professional students’ practical ability.

Preface
The financial management major of higher vocational education contains accounting, economic, financial and other professional research directions, the application of it can improve the enterprise capital efficiency, therefore, it has comprehensive and strong operability for students and society. With the development of social economy, more and more professional person of financial management required by companies, at the same time, the Higher Vocational Education aims at cultivating high-quality skills people and attach great importance to the cultivation of practical ability of the practice teaching, cultivate person who adapt to the financial management positions in the shortest time.
1. Problems in practical teaching of financial management major in Higher Vocational Education
1.1 On the content of practical teaching in schools
In the accounting practical teaching training, rarely involved in financial management, taxation and other content, training design theory around teaching, the lack of the actual needs of the enterprise research, demand weakened, in order to simulate the situation of school enterprise, verification and application of the theory of knowledge.
1.2 limitations of the practice in the internship base
Although some higher vocational school established internship base, the enterprise finance management positions has its limited, and the existence of enterprise financial security, practice for a short duration, which lead the students do not understand the actual situation, also cannot meet the problem of financial management in essence, and make the students professional practice level is limited.
2. Teaching reform strategy of financial management specialty in Higher Vocational Education 2.1 Strengthen the construction of practice base
Higher Vocational school should Increase the practice base management, ensure the profitability of the practice base, to ensure the effectiveness of training teaching practice of financial management specialty in higher vocational education, at the same time, by way of contract for internship positions, assessment methods are clear, avoid the practice teaching form, proper consideration to the accounting firm as the practice base, so that students can understand the process of enterprise.
2.2 Improve evaluation of practice teaching performance
Higher Vocational school should strengthen the training of supervision, establish a scientific evaluation system, index combined with the practical design targets, such as knowledge of financial management and job fit evaluation, selected by the students in the limited time practice summary, random questions after the team score of student achievement scores.
Conclusion
The practice of financial management major of higher vocational education has become an important part of teaching. In the current concept of education, To adapt to the teaching system and meet the demand of enterprise financial management person, enhance the skills of higher vocational talents is the requirements of economic construction, practice teaching application highlights the important function of cultivating talents, innovative ideas, strengthen practice base construction, scientific design of teaching system, the establishment of performance evaluation system.
