本文从能量观点和经验统计出发,提出两种快速评定漆包线热老化寿命的公式和方法。用国产4.1型示差精密热天平分析仪,并配上微分器组成了热重-微分热重分析仪,对漆包线热老化寿命进行了研究。实验证明,根据三个不同升温速度的热重谱图并借助C_f作参考点和用C_R≈C_f-15%来确定活化能,运用积分法求得的裂解反应活化能与常规法基本一致。在经验统计的基础上,建立了t_(20,000)=a+blogt_(10%)公式,从而可在颇短的时间内直接从热谱图上求得温度指数。
Based on the energy viewpoint and empirical statistics, this paper presents two formulas and methods for quickly assessing the thermal aging life of enameled wire. With domestic 4.1 differential precision thermometer balance analyzer, coupled with the differentiator composed of thermogravimetric-differential thermogravimetric analyzer, heat aging life of the enameled wire was studied. The experimental results show that the activation energy of the pyrolysis reaction obtained by the integral method is basically the same as that of the conventional method, based on the thermogravimetric analysis of three different heating rates and using C_f as reference point and C_R≈C_f-15% to determine the activation energy. Based on the empirical statistics, the formula of t_ (20,000) = a + blogt_ (10%) is established, so that the temperature index can be obtained directly from the thermogram in a very short period of time.
