在我们日常的教育教学工作中,新接触一个班级能在任课教师的脑海中最先记住的名字,往往是“两头”的学生,这不仅仅是因为他们的学习成绩反差大,细观察会发现,能主动与老师谈心说笑的大多是“两头”的学生,而“中等生”很少。针对“中等生”的关注是我们在今后的教育教学中应关注的问题。
