采用样方法调查研究了贵州省宽阔水国家级自然保护区林外、林缘、林内等不同林冠环境下的亮叶水青冈(Fagus lucida)幼苗数量、生长性状、箭竹种群数量、物种多样性等指标,并对上述指标进行Pearson相关性分析。结果表明:林缘物种多样性最高,然后依次为林内、林外;从林外到林内,亮叶水青冈幼苗密度、平均高度和平均基径逐渐递减,亮叶水青冈幼苗更多分布在林外和林缘环境,林内环境没有亮叶水青冈幼苗分布;箭竹密度、箭竹平均高度、箭竹平均基径和箭竹平均冠幅从林外到林内逐渐递增;亮叶水青冈幼苗与箭竹生长性状指标负相关。研究表明,宽阔水自然保护区亮叶水青冈幼苗生长维持与更新受到林冠环境和箭竹种群干扰两方面因素的影响。
A sample survey was conducted to investigate the population, growth characteristics, population and population diversity of Fagus lucida under different canopy conditions such as forest waterfront, forest edge and forest in Kuanku Nature Reserve of Guizhou Province Indicators, and Pearson correlation analysis of the above indicators. The results showed that the species diversity of the forest edge was the highest, followed by the order of the forest and the forest. The density, average height and average base diameter of the Mild tree were gradually decreased from outside the forest to the forest. In the outer and forest marginal environments, there was no distribution of seedlings of Fagus lucida in the forest environment. The density of bamboo, the average height of bamboo, the average diameter of bamboo and the average crown of bamboo increased gradually from the outside to the inside of the forest. Negative correlation. The results showed that the growth, maintenance and renewal of M. glauca seedlings in the Kuanku Nature Reserve were affected by both the canopy environment and the disturbance of the bamboo population.
