新海27块是原始含油饱和度较低厚层块状边底水普通稠油油藏,经过多年的直井热采,底水锥进、边水突进和管外串槽导致油井水淹严重;通过二次开发方案调整,采用了水平井生产,使采油速度提高了10倍。但是在水平井生产过程中含水上升较快,致使该油田的生产日趋下降。对此,在充分认识该油藏在纵向上、横向上油层发育程度、注采连通关系、储集层流动单元等油藏特征的基础上,对油藏改为多点注汽冷采,同时对水平井进行化学堵水,提高了油田开发效果。
