目的探讨多排螺旋CT对副鼻窦区骨折的诊断价值。方法2005年10月至2006年10月对连续278例门急诊颜面部外伤后疑似副鼻窦区骨折患者进行了多排螺旋CT检查,采用多层面重建(MPR);最大灰度重建(MIP)和容积显示(VR)等多种后处理技术并结合原始横轴位图像进行综合分析。结果MDCT共显示副鼻窦区骨折患者共89例,可以准确评估各副鼻窦区骨折的部位、类型、程度及并发症等,符合临床诊断要求。结论多排螺旋CT对副鼻窦区骨折的评价是可靠和准确的,颜面部外伤患者疑似副鼻窦骨折时应作为必要的影像检查方法,可为临床采取及时有效的治疗提供准确的信息。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT in paranasal sinuses fracture. Methods From October 2005 to October 2006, a series of multi-slice spiral CT was performed in 278 consecutive cases of face and face traumatic facial injury suspected to have paranasal sinuses fractures. Multiple graded reconstruction (MPR), maximum grayscale reconstruction (MIP) and Volume display (VR) and other post-processing techniques combined with the original horizontal axis image comprehensive analysis. Results A total of 89 patients with paranasal sinus fractures were shown by MDCT. The location, type, degree and complications of paranasal sinuses fractures can be accurately evaluated and meet the clinical diagnosis requirements. Conclusion MSCT is reliable and accurate in the evaluation of paranasal sinuses fractures. The suspected paranasal sinuses fractures in facial trauma patients should be used as necessary imaging methods to provide accurate and timely information for clinical treatment.
