由于伞形科植物积雪草(Centella asiatica)全草的甲醇提取物具有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的活性,故探讨了其活性成分。 积雪草的甲醇提取物以氯仿(CAW-C)与水层进行分配,水层进一步上Diaion柱,分离得到水溶部分(CAW-W)与甲醇洗脱部分(CAW-M)。对肿瘤细胞(MK-1、B16F10、HeLa)增殖有抑制活性的CAW-M经各种柱层析以及用ODS柱的HPLC等,得到4种化合物(1~4)。根据光谱数据分析,分别鉴定为积雪草苷(1)、积雪草苷B
Since the methanol extract of whole plant Centella asiatica of the Umbelliferae family has an activity of inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells, the active ingredients thereof were investigated. The methanol extract of Centella asiatica was partitioned with chloroform (CAW-C) and the aqueous layer. The aqueous layer was further applied to a Diaion column to obtain a water soluble fraction (CAW-W) and a methanol elution fraction (CAW-M). CAW-M having inhibitory activity against the proliferation of tumor cells (MK-1, B16F10, HeLa) was subjected to various column chromatography and HPLC using an ODS column to obtain four compounds (1 to 4).
