图形学中的物体运动仿真和机构运动规划中,运动物体的干涉碰撞检验占据着十分重要的地位.本文认真探讨了以往基于八叉树模型的干涉检验算法在用于检验数控加工环境中刀具、工件和夹具之间可能产生的干涉碰撞时存在的不足之处和局限性,提出了一种能有效地用于数控程序检验的干涉碰撞检验新算法.
In the graphic object movement simulation and the institution movement planning, the interference collision test of the moving object occupies a very important position. In this paper, we discuss the limitations and limitations of the interference detection algorithm based on the octree model in the past for verifying possible interference collisions between tools, workpieces and fixtures in NC machining environment.
