作者对30例位于膈下肝前区的肝细胞癌(HCC)病人进行双侧内乳动脉(IMA)造影以研究HCC与IMA的关系,男性22例,女性8例,年龄55～88岁。对HCC病人进行IMA选择性血管造影,根据有无肿瘤血管和肿瘤染色而分成IMA供血组(10例)和非IMA供血组(20例)。
The authors performed bilateral internal mammary artery (IMA) imaging on 30 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in the anterior subgiasm to study the relationship between HCC and IMA. There were 22 males and 8 females, aged 55-88 years. IMA selective angiography was performed on HCC patients and divided into IMA donor group (n = 10) and non-IMA donor group (n = 20) based on the presence or absence of tumor blood vessels and tumor staining.
