目的：探讨肺功能检查患者配合困难的原因。方法对162例肺功能检查配合困难患者进行心理测试问卷调查，并统计其性别、年龄、受教育程度、诊断、检查前心理状态。结果162例肺功能检查配合困难患者中，男性60例（37%），女性102例（63%）。年龄段青年30例（18.6%），中年90例（71.4%），老年42例（33.3%）。受教育程度为大专及以上者10例（6.2%），中学者30例（18.5%），小学及以下者122例（75.3%）。心理状态：紧张型70例（43.2%），焦虑型52例（32.1%），恐惧型40例（24.7%）。结论肺功能检查是一项需要配合的检查，配合困难患者以女性多见，文化程度低者多见，且多存在紧张、焦虑、恐惧心理。“,”Objective To discuss the reason of the patients who were hard to do pulmonary function test. Methods 162 patients were accepted psychological test. To statistics the patients’ gender, age, level of education, diagnosis and mentality. Results There were 60 male(37%) and 102 female(63%) in the 162 patients. There were 30 youth (18.6 %), 90 middle age (71.4 %) and 42 older (33.3 %). There were 10 junior colege and the upper (6.2%), 30 middle school(18.5%), 122 primary school and the lower(75.3%). There were 70 tension type(43.2 %), 52 anxiety type(32.1 %), 40 fear type(24.7 %). Conclusion pulmonary function test was a coordination test. The female and the lower level of education patients had more difficulties to do it. They had tension, anxiety and fear mentality.
