腐蚀问题对金属材料的实际应用具有很大影响。以海上大型景观雕塑型建筑用17-7PH不锈钢为研究对象,对其进行不同的表面处理后和TC18钛合金以不同连接方式接触,置于不同海洋环境下暴晒,然后测其疲劳寿命,观察分析其腐蚀形貌以及腐蚀产物。最后得到结论,涂漆能够有效防止17-7PH不锈钢被腐蚀,胶结装配能够有效地抑制腐蚀反应,改善材料的抗腐蚀性能。该研究为17-7PH不锈钢的海上腐蚀研究应用提供了有用参考。
Corrosion problems have a great impact on the practical application of metallic materials. Taking 17-7PH stainless steel as a large sculptural building on the sea as the research object, after different surface treatment and contact with TC18 titanium alloy in different connection ways, exposed to different marine environments, the fatigue life was measured and observed Its corrosion morphology and corrosion products. Finally, it is concluded that the paint can effectively prevent the 17-7PH stainless steel from being corroded, and the cementing assembly can effectively inhibit the corrosion reaction and improve the corrosion resistance of the material. This study provides a useful reference for the study of offshore corrosion of 17-7PH stainless steel.
