泡沫陶瓷填料湿化器的流体力学和传热传质性能

湿化器是湿空气透平循环的关键部件之一。为研究新型填料对湿化性能的影响,搭建了填料湿化器实验台。对不同气速、液气比等工况下,TC-1型填料和常规规整填料的填料层压降、液泛特性和气相传质单元高度进行了对比实验。研究发现TC-1的填料层压降约为规整填料的2倍,泛点气速约为规整填料的50%,而气相传质单元高度不高于规整填料的36.8%,表明TC-1的通量虽低于后者,但传热传质性能显著提高。对2种填料的综合性能分析表明TC-1的毎传质单元压降较规整填料降低约40%,性能优势明显。 A humidifier is one of the key components of a wet air turbine cycle. In order to study the effect of the new filler on the wetting performance, a pad humidifier experiment bench was set up. Under different gas velocities, liquid-gas ratio and other conditions, the packing pressure drop, liquid flooding characteristics and gas-phase mass transfer unit height of TC-1 and conventional structured packing were compared. It is found that TC-1 has twice as many packings as structured packings and has a vanishing point velocity of about 50% of structured packings, while the height of gas-phase mass transfer units is no higher than 36.8% of structured packings, indicating that the TC- Although the flux is lower than the latter, the heat and mass transfer performance is significantly improved. The comprehensive performance analysis of the two kinds of fillers shows that the pressure drop of the mass transfer unit of TC-1 is about 40% lower than that of the structured packing, and the performance advantage is obvious.
