The first time using electron microscopy of Sclerotinia in flax leaves on the microscopic process of infection in-depth and meticulous observation. The results show that the bacteria invade the leaf surface before the enzyme may have some substances to soften dissolve flax leaf surface stratum corneum in order to help the bacteria on the leaf surface invasion. The similarities and differences between mycelium and ascospore infection process were also compared
