运用铸造模拟软件Pro CAST对球磨机衬板消失模铸造的充型和凝固过程进行了数值模拟,探讨了不同砂型铸造对铸件的影响,分析了冒口在不同位置时的缩孔缺陷程度。结果表明,铁砂透气性、导热性明显优于硅砂,浇注过程的充型、排气和浮渣效果都较好。不同的冒口位置对缩孔缺陷的影响程度不同。为了消除缩松缩孔缺陷,需改变冒口位置,优化铸造工艺,以达到补缩的效果,提高铸件的性能与质量。
The casting simulation software Pro CAST was used to simulate the filling and solidification process of the lost foam casting of the ball mill liner. The influence of different sand casting on the castings was discussed. The degree of shrinkage defects of the riser at different positions was analyzed. The results show that the permeability and thermal conductivity of iron sand are obviously better than those of silica sand. The filling, exhaust and scum effect of iron casting are better. Different riser locations have different effects on shrinkage cavity defects. In order to eliminate shrinkage shrinkage defects, need to change the riser position, optimize the casting process, in order to achieve the effect of make-up, improve the performance and quality of castings.
