语文学困生,顾名思义就是学习语文有困难,不能自我解决问题,学习成绩上不去的学生。语文学困生的转化,必须投入较大的精力,耗费科任教师很多的时间,且有时也没有很好的效果,于是有的教师对语文学生的转化采取放弃不理的态度。教师对语文学困生的转化应重视,应把这项工作作为语文教学的一个重点。那么,如何更有效地转化语文学困生呢?笔者就从本人近几年对语文学困生的转化工作经验中谈谈自己的一些策略。一、语文教师对语文学困生比对其他学生应有更多的关心和
