纤维复合沥青增强特性及增强机理研究

当前提高沥青混凝土公路路面使用性和耐久性的途径主要包括添加沥青改性剂和纤维复合沥青两种。对两种方法的增强效果进行了实验研究,并从材料学基本原理出发对两种方法的增强作用机理进行了比较分析。结果表明,纤维复合沥青的增强效果明显优于添加沥青改性剂;以玄武岩矿物纤维为代表的矿物纤维增强沥青的效果要优于木质素纤维的增强效果;直径5μm的特种玄武岩矿物纤维增强沥青混凝土可大幅提高沥青混凝土路面抗车辙、抗裂、抗水损害和承载能力。 At present, the ways to improve the usability and durability of asphalt pavement mainly include adding asphalt modifier and fiber composite asphalt. The enhancement effect of the two methods is studied experimentally, and the enhancement mechanism of the two methods is compared from the basic principles of material science. The results show that the reinforcing effect of fiber composite bitumen is obviously better than adding bitumen modifier; mineral fiber represented by basalt mineral fiber is better than lignin fiber reinforced bitumen; special basalt mineral fiber reinforced bitumen with diameter 5μm Concrete can significantly improve the asphalt concrete pavement against rutting, cracking, water damage and carrying capacity.
