1序言郑州市花园口引黄灌区,覆盖着郑州市城乡的广大地域,它北起黄河岸边,南到陇海铁路线,西起东风渠,东至中牟县界。灌区范围内包括郑州市的金水、惠济、管城3大行政区块,8个乡(镇),84个行政村,113个自然村。规划范围229．57km~2,设计灌溉面积1．61万hm~2。改革开放以来,灌区水利经营部门同其它企事业一样,遇到困境和走出困境的问题,开发和振兴的问题。
1 Foreword Zhengzhou Huayuankou Irrigation Area, covering the vast urban and rural areas of Zhengzhou City, it from the Yellow River north, south to the Longhai Railway line, east from the east channel, Zhongmou County boundaries. Within the scope of irrigation districts, there are 3 large administrative blocks of Jinshui, Huiji and Guancheng in Zhengzhou, 8 townships (towns), 84 administrative villages and 113 natural villages. The planned area is 229.57km ~ 2, and the designed irrigation area is 16,100 hm ~ 2. Since the reform and opening up, irrigated water management departments, like other enterprises and enterprises, have encountered the problems of dilemma and out of the dilemma, problems of development and rejuvenation.
