基于LED体积小、窄光束的特点,提出采用复合抛物面收集器(CPC)将LED发出的光收集起来再通过探测器测量其光通量值。采用Tracepro软件建立系统模型,模拟不同角度光线和不同光束角的LED测量结果;在软件模拟的基础上建立实验装置,在此装置上测量7只LED样品,测量结果与光通量绝对测量法进行比较。测量结果表明,该方法可以达到较高的精度。
Based on the characteristics of small volume and narrow beam of LED, a compound parabolic collector (CPC) is proposed to collect the light emitted by the LED and then measure the luminous flux through the detector. The system model was established by using Tracepro software to simulate LED measurement results with different angles of light and different beam angles. An experimental device was set up based on software simulation. Seven LED samples were measured on this device. The measured results were compared with the absolute measurement of luminous flux. The measurement results show that this method can achieve higher accuracy.
