目的研究丹参多酚酸盐注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(acute exacerbations chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)患者血清8-异前列腺素(8-isoPG)、白介素-18(IL-18)、白细胞介素-1-(IL-1-)等的影响。方法将60例AECOPD患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例,均予以抗感染、化痰、平喘等治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐200 mg静脉滴注,1次·d-1,共14 d,分别在治疗前后行肺功能检查及CAT量表评分,并用ELISA法检测治疗前后血清8-isoPG、IL-18、IL-1-水平,并与30名健康体检者(正常对照组)血清8-isoPG、IL-18、IL-1-水平进行对照。结果治疗前2组患者血清8-isoPG、IL-18、IL-1-、第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)、FEV1占预计值百分比及CAT评分值差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前2组患者血清8-isoPG、IL-18、IL-1-明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后2组患者血清8-isoPG、IL-18、IL-1-、肺功能、CAT评分值均有所改善(P<0.01或P<0.05),其中治疗组治疗后血清8-isoPG、IL-18、IL-1-、CAT评分值与对照组治疗后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐注射液可改善AECOPD患者临床症状及降低血8-isoPG、IL-18、IL-1-水平,其作用机制可能与抑制炎症反应和减少氧化应激有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of Salviae miltiorrhizae polyphenols injection on serum levels of 8-isoPG, IL-18 and leukocyte in patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) Interleukin-1 (IL-1-) and other effects. Methods Sixty AECOPD patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients were treated with anti-infection, phlegm-resolving and antiasthmatic treatment. On the basis of this, the treatment group received intravenous salvianolate 200 mg The scores of pulmonary function tests and CAT scale were measured before and after treatment. The serum levels of 8-isoPG, IL-18 and IL-1 were measured by ELISA before and after treatment Serum levels of 8-isoPG, IL-18 and IL-1 in 30 healthy volunteers (normal control group) were compared. Results There was no statistical difference of 8-isoPG, IL-18, IL-1, FEV1 / FVC, FEV1 percentage of predicted value and CAT score between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). Serum 8-isoPG, IL-18 and IL-1 in the two groups before treatment were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.01). Serum levels of 8-isoPG, IL-18, IL-1, pulmonary function and CAT improved after treatment in both groups (P <0.01 or P <0.05) -18, IL-1-, CAT scores compared with the control group after treatment was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion salvianolate injection can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the levels of 8-isoPG, IL-18 and IL-1 in AECOPD patients. The mechanism may be related to inhibiting the inflammatory reaction and reducing the oxidative stress.
