目的通过体重状况了解兰州市市政机关工作人员体质健康的现状,为合理地制定行政机关的工作与休息提供科学依据。方法采用文献研究法、调查法、测量法、数据统计法进行分析。结果兰州市352名年龄在20~39岁的市政机关工作人员中,体重超过标准体重的108人,占30.68%。其中男性70人,占19.89%;女性38人,占10.80%。373名年龄在40~59岁的市政机关工作人员中,体重超过标准体重的为223人,占59.70%。其中男性138人,占37.00%;女性85人,占22.79%。结论从身体健康状况来看,总体上女性健康状况优于男性。男性健康存在的主要问题是肥胖,占超重总人数的62.84%。
Objective To understand the status quo of physical health of the staff in municipal agencies through the status of weight and to provide a scientific basis for the reasonable formulation of the work and rest of administrative organs. Methods The literature research method, survey method, measurement method and data statistics method were used to analyze. Results Among the 352 municipal staff aged 20-39 in Lanzhou city, 108 were overweight and accounted for 30.68% of the total body weight. Among them, 70 males, accounting for 19.89%; 38 females, accounting for 10.80%. Of the 373 municipal-level staff aged 40-59, 223 were overweight, accounting for 59.70%. Among them, 138 were males, accounting for 37.00%; 85 were females, accounting for 22.79%. Conclusion From a physical health point of view, women overall have better health status than men. The main problem with male health is obesity, accounting for 62.84% of the total number of overweight people.
