狗10只,靜脉注射苯乙肼5毫克/公斤显著增高主动脉压、肺动脉压、心脏指数、心搏指数和左、右心室作功量,同时显著减低总外周血管阻力。皮下注射5天后的表現相反,卽主动脉压显著降低,心脏指数无变化,对心搏指数、左心室作功量和总外周阻力影响均不显著。說明靜脉注射后主要表現拟交感作用,可能是苯乙肼直接兴奋腎上腺素能受体的結果;皮下給药5天后則表現抗交感作用,可能是抑制了交感神經介质釋放的結果。苯乙肼皮下注射5天后动脉血氧显著减低;靜脉注射苯乙肼后,血糖增加不显著,給药5天后則减少之。无論急性或慢性給药,动脉血乳酸及丙酮酸均显著降低,心肌摄取量亦减少。Warburg檢压法测定豚鼠心肌勻浆耗氧量,体外及体內实驗均証明苯乙肼除能抑制心肌单胺氧化酶外,还能抑制氧化丙酮酸的酶系,但作用較弱。解釋苯乙肼减少心肌耗氧的机制可能通过影响氧化代謝。
