分析破岩机械的设计理论,笔者发现对岩石破碎特点及其应用的研究尚不够深入。为此制作了岩石试件,并以全断面岩石掘进机盘形滚刀为破岩刀具进行了压痕试验。试验结果显示,岩石第一次跃进破碎参数收敛性较好,尽管岩石第二次、第三次跃进破碎参数较发散,但是基于岩石跃进破碎规律建立的盘形滚刀预测公式仍较其它预测公式精确。文中还就岩石跃进破碎特点在破岩机械设计、研究上的应用进行了探讨。
Analyzing the design theory of rock breaking machinery, the author finds that the research on the characteristics and application of rock breaking is not deep enough. For this purpose, a rock specimen was made and an indentation test was conducted on a rock breaking tool with a full-face rock boring machine disc cutter. The experimental results show that the convergence parameters of the first leaping and crushing parameters of rock are better. Although the parameters of the second and third leaping rocks are more divergent, the predictive formulas of the disc-shaped hobs based on the leaping and crushing of rocks are still better than those of other prediction formulas accurate. The paper also explores the application of rock breaking mechanism in rock breaking mechanical design and research.
