壳聚糖 (Chitosan ,CS)是甲壳素脱乙酰基产物 ,来源丰富 ,制备简单 ,且具有良好的生物相容性 ,在体内能被溶菌酶等降解并代谢 ,且其分解产物对人体健康无害。近年来 ,随着新型药物传递系统的发展 ,壳聚糖成为应用广泛的新型辅料。用壳聚糖制备的靶向制剂具有缓释、控释 ;靶向释放药物 ,降低药物毒副作用 ;增加药物吸收 ,提高药物的生物利用度以及提高药物稳定性 ,改变给药途径等特点 ,因此 ,壳聚糖在靶向给药系统中有广阔的应用前景 ,但其溶解性能有待进一步提高。查阅近几年有关壳聚在被动靶向制剂中应用的国内外文献 ,综述了壳聚糖在微囊、微球、纳米粒、脂质体中的应用。
