针对在机器人焊接用焊锡丝的拉制过程中容易出现断丝和表面粗糙的问题,采用FLUENT6.3.26软件对锡合金通氮气净化的工艺进行了数值模拟分析,利用VOF模型中PLIC界面重构方法,追踪锡合金通氮气过程中氮气气泡发生的形状变化。结果表明:对水平双气泡行为进行模拟,随着距离的增大,气泡的相互影响减弱,最佳水平距离为7 mm;对竖直双气泡进行模拟,随着距离的增加,上下气泡的聚并时间变长,聚并的可能性减小,竖直间距应设为32 mm。
In order to solve the problem that wire breakage and surface roughness are prone to appear in the drawing process of solder wire for robotic welding, the process of nitrogen purification of tin alloy was numerically simulated by using FLUENT6.3.26 software. By using the PLIC interface reconstruction method in VOF model , To track the change of shape of the nitrogen bubble in the process of nitrogen passing through the tin alloy. The results show that the horizontal double-bubble behavior is simulated. As the distance increases, the mutual influence of the bubble is weakened, the best horizontal distance is 7 mm. The vertical double-bubble is simulated. With the distance increasing, And the longer the time, the possibility of convergence decreases, the vertical spacing should be set to 32 mm.
