针对外场刹车盘使用寿命普遍短于试验预测值的问题,通过刹车摩擦系数曲线,以真实碳刹车使用统计规律为区间,拟合非稳态间断刹车的摩擦系数曲线,并运用动力学原理计算单次刹停和非稳态间断刹停的磨损行程,根据磨粒磨损计算公式得出2种刹车方式下的磨损比为1∶1.899 7~1∶2.036 3,与外场统计结果 1∶1.88~1∶2.09相比,精度较高.计算中发现,在非稳态间断刹车过程中磨损工况变差是造成外场磨损加剧的主要原因,验证了连续刹车过程中形成的摩擦膜对减小磨损的重要作用.研究成果对于刹车寿命试验的改进和不同材料刹车盘外场寿命预测提供了一种理论计算的方法.
Aiming at the problem that the service life of external brake disc is generally shorter than the predicted value of the test, the curve of friction coefficient of brake is used to calculate the friction coefficient curve of unsteady intermittent brake using the statistical law of real carbon brake as interval. Times brake and unsteady intermittent brake, the wear ratio of the two braking modes is 1: 1.899 7 ~ 1: 2.036 according to the formula of abrasive wear and abrasion, and the result of field test is 1: 1.88 ~ 1 : 2.09, the calculation result shows that the deterioration of wear condition during unsteady intermittent braking is the main reason for the increase of field wear, and the friction film formed during continuous braking is verified to be effective in reducing wear The research results provide a theoretical method for the improvement of brake life test and the prediction of field disc life of different materials brake discs.
