合金中铁的测定,多采用萃取分离[1]除去干扰离子之后方能进行测定.但手续繁琐,灵敏度也不够高,不适于常规分析.本文研究了2-2’-噻唑偶氮-5-二甲基氨基酚(简称TAM)与Fe(Ⅱ)的显色反应,结果表明它与5-Br-PADAP[2]和TADAP[3]反应相似,形成的络合物在近红外区有一特征吸收峰.若选此峰值为工作波长,可不经分离直接测定试样中的铁.手续简便、方法灵敏、选择性和对比度均好,用于铝合金中微量铁的测定,获得满意的结果.
