[目的]评价脑胶质瘤中白细胞介素-24(IL-24)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及意义。[方法]选取2012年1月至2015年12月共80例经病理诊断证实的脑胶质瘤,另选取80例正常脑组织。比较胶质瘤组织与非瘤组织的IL-24、VEGF及肿瘤MVD表达情况。[结果]胶质瘤组织和非瘤组织的IL-24、VEGF、MVD具有明显的差异性(P<0.05)。Ⅰ级胶质瘤的IL-24阳性表达率显著性高于Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级,伴随着肿瘤分级的升高,IL-24的阳性表达率呈递减趋势。Ⅰ级胶质瘤的VEGF阳性表达率和IMVD表达显著性低于Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IL-24表达与病理组织学分级呈负相关(r=-0.553,P<0.05);VEGF表达与病理组织学分级呈正相关(r=0.575,P<0.05)。[结论 ]在脑胶质瘤中,IL-24、VEGF和肿瘤血管生成存在一定相关性,通过对其表达水平的检测可预测胶质瘤恶性程度。
[Objective] To evaluate the expression and significance of interleukin-24 (IL-24) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in glioma. [Methods] From January 2012 to December 2015 a total of 80 cases of gliomas confirmed by pathological diagnosis were selected, and another 80 normal brain tissues were selected. The expressions of IL-24, VEGF and tumor MVD in glioma tissue and non-tumor tissue were compared. [Results] IL-24, VEGF and MVD in glioma tissues and non-tumor tissues were significantly different (P <0.05). The positive expression of IL-24 in grade I glioma was significantly higher than grade II, grade III and grade IV. With the increase of tumor grade, the positive expression rate of IL-24 showed a decreasing trend. The positive expression rate of VEGF and the expression of IMVD in grade Ⅰ glioma were significantly lower than those in grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ (all P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of IL-24 and histopathological grade (r = -0.553, P <0.05). VEGF expression was positively correlated with pathological grade (r = 0.575, P <0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of IL-24, VEGF and tumor angiogenesis in gliomas is correlated with each other. The malignant degree of glioma can be predicted by detecting the expression of IL-24, VEGF.
