目的 了解陶瓷瓶装白酒中铅含量状况。方法 采取随机抽样法对我市 15家制酒厂紫砂瓶、瓷瓶、玻璃瓶装酒以及贮放 1年、3年、5年的上述系列酒进行铅含量测定。结果 紫砂瓶、瓷瓶、玻璃瓶装白酒铅含量合格率是 82 .99%、91.5 6 %、94 .73% ,三者比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,且随着贮存时间的增加 ,铅含量有增高的趋势。结论 为防止铅危害 ,应限制使用陶瓷瓶作为贮酒容器 ,提倡使用玻璃瓶
Objective To understand the status of lead content in ceramic bottled liquor. Methods Random sampling method was used to determine the lead content of purple wine bottles, porcelain vases, glass bottled wine and 1 year, 3 years and 5 years stored liquor in 15 breweries in our city. Results The qualified rate of lead content in purple bottle, porcelain bottle and glass bottle was 82.99%, 91.56% and 94.73%, respectively. There was significant difference among the three (P <0.01), and with the storage time Increase, lead content increased trend. Conclusion In order to prevent the harm of lead, the use of ceramic bottle should be restricted as a wine container, and the use of glass bottle
