动漫表演从字面意义上理解,是指以动漫作品为原型,进行改编再创造从而形成人为的艺术演出。但从2008年起开始运作的“文化部原创动漫扶持计划”却将动漫表演清晰的定义为:运用动漫思维、技术、手段演绎演出作品或情节的表演艺术形式。对于这一定义变化的背后所代表的意义,笔者采取了参与式观察,通过对中职学生在实际教学中的情况进行调查,旨在揭示表演在动画教学中具有的重要意义,这对于表演方法在其他专业教学中的推广运用也具有重要的理论和现实意义。
