我厂使用的11辊矫直机,其工作辊轴承在轴端的定位和锁紧是采用圆螺母加锁紧垫片的方式。由于锁紧垫片的安装位置较靠近轴承里端,工人安装时不容易将垫片凸缘卡入圆螺母的凹槽内,从而产生不了锁紧作用。而且由于矫直机工作辊是来回双向运转的,其产生的离心力足以使圆螺母从锁紧位置退出而松开,从而不能可靠地固定轴承内圈,导致轴承损坏。

As the locking washer is installed closer to the inner end of the bearing, it is not easy for the worker to insert the washer flange into the groove of the round nut during installation, so that the locking effect can not be produced. Moreover, since the working roller of the straightening machine is operated back and forth bidirectionally, the centrifugal force generated by the straightening machine is enough to make the round nut withdraw from the locking position to release, so that the inner ring of the bearing can not be reliably fixed and the bearing is damaged.
