基于三维可视化技术底板穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采仿真系统研究

针对煤矿工程人员对钻孔瓦斯抽采工艺认识及在安全培训中的不足,以淮南矿业集团潘二矿底板瓦斯抽采场为例,基于三维可视化与虚拟仿真技术进行了底板穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采工艺仿真系统的设计与开发,利用3DMAX三维建模软件对矿区煤岩层赋存状况及钻机、注浆泵等设备进行三维模型的创建,提出了系统设计开发的工艺流程,开发了基于三维可视化及虚拟仿真技术的穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采仿真系统。 In view of coal mine engineers’ understanding of drilling gas drainage technology and their lack of training in safety training, taking the gas drainage field of Pan2 Mine in Huainan Mining Group as an example, the drilling of gas through the floor through borehole is carried out based on 3D visualization and virtual simulation Draws the craft simulation system design and the development, uses the 3DMAX three-dimensional modeling software to carry on the three-dimensional model to the deposit coal seam formation deposit situation and the drilling rig, the grouting pump and so on the equipment, proposed the system design and the development technological process, has developed based on the three dimensional Visualization and virtual simulation technology through borehole gas drainage simulation system.
