随着我国城镇化进程的加速,超高层建筑成为城市发展中重要的建筑类型,推动建筑节能与绿色建筑是可持续发展的要求。近年来,建筑对环境的影响日益显著,也成为人们关注环境问题的一个重点方面,首先,建筑对人类居住环境会产生影响,其次,和工业产品相比,建筑在环境污染、能源消耗及自然资源消耗方面影响更加。绿色建筑也正是在此基础上应时而生。本文主要针对必维综合机电调试在超高层绿色建筑发展中的应用进行简单分析,研究机电运行与建筑节能间的关系。
