在企业的可持续发展过程中,员工的思想动态会直接影响企业的发展。一些员工的思想变化表现有几种:一是认识到自己掌握的技术无法使用于煤炭生产;二是不满足现有的低收入岗位;三、与上级领导存在某些恩怨。此时,工会组织需要发挥领导作用,做到分工明确,认真做好思想工作,亲自到各个工作岗位考察,做好模范作用。本文通过分析煤炭企业工会的素质和能力,就工会干部如何发挥领导作用的途径进行研究。
In the process of sustainable development of the enterprise, the thinking of employees will directly affect the development of enterprises.
