本文回顾了脂肪消化吸收的测定方法。从直观的定性检查法,即用显微镜检查的方法来估计粪便中的脂肪含量,发展到用化学的和物理的方法来定量分析。化学分析方法的建立使测定结果量化,可以用消化吸收率来反映脂肪的消化吸收情况。但是,化学分析法的均质化和提取步骤需要很长时间,操作时在感观上令人不愉快,因而,迫使人们寻找更好的测定方法。氕核磁共振光谱测定法和同位素法是随着现代物理学的发展而建立起来的新方法,不仅能准确地反映脂肪的消化吸收情况,而且稳定性同位素法,还能进一步判断脂肪吸收不良的病因,为研究人体脂肪代谢提供了简捷而有效的手段。
This article reviews the determination of fat digestion and absorption method.
