介绍了新型变直径灌注桩—挤扩支盘桩和旋扩珠盘桩的工作原理及主要优缺点和施工技术要点。设计了模拟挤扩和旋扩成盘的模型试验方案并进行了对比模型试验,根据模型试验结果分析比较了挤扩和旋扩这两种不同施工方法对变直径桩承载力和变形的影响,挤扩桩由于“挤密效应”使桩的承栽力和抗变形能力得到较大提高。同时还讨论了它们在荷载传递上的区别,在设计和施工时应充分注意各自的特点。
The working principle, main advantages, disadvantages and construction techniques of the new type of variable diameter cast-in-place pile-squeezed branch pile and rotary expanded-ball pile are introduced. The model test program of simulating expansion and expansion was designed and compared with the model test. According to the results of model test, the influence of two different construction methods of expanding and expanding on the bearing capacity and deformation of variable diameter pile was analyzed. Extruding pile due to “crowding effect ” so that the bearing capacity of the pile and deformation resistance is greatly improved. At the same time, the differences between them in load transfer are also discussed. During design and construction, they should pay full attention to their own characteristics.
