目的:探索壳聚糖用于湘A-2号颗粒的最佳絮凝澄清工艺条件。方法:在对壳聚糖加入量、药液浓度、pH值、温度、搅拌速度等进行单因素考察后,采用正交试验法对药液浓度、壳聚糖加入量、及药液pH值进行优化。结果:湘A-2号颗粒的絮凝工艺的优化条件为:壳聚糖加入量0.6mL.g-1,药液浓度为1∶4,药液pH值为7,温度60℃,搅拌速度为200r.min-1,搅拌时间为10min。结论:壳聚糖絮凝澄清工艺可用于湘A-2号颗粒的纯化。
Objective: To explore the optimal flocculation and clarification conditions of chitosan for Xiang A-2 granules. Methods: After single factor test on the amount of chitosan, liquid concentration, pH value, temperature, stirring speed and so on, the orthogonal experiment was used to determine the concentration of drug solution, the amount of chitosan, optimization. Results: The optimum conditions for the flocculation of Xiang A-2 granules were as follows: the amount of chitosan added was 0.6mL.g-1, the concentration of liquid was 1: 4, the pH value of liquid was 7, the temperature was 60 ℃, the stirring speed was 200r.min-1, stirring time is 10min. Conclusion: Chitosan flocculation and clarification process can be used for the purification of Xiang A-2 particles.
