采用SMAO休克模型观察大气小肠单纯缺血1h(I组),缺血lh后再灌1h(I/R组)及假手术组(Sham组)的血浆及肠组织内皮素-1(ET-1)的变化。结果表明,I组血浆ET-1与Sham组比较无显著增高(P>0.05),而肠组织ET-1则显著憎高(P<0.01),肠组织损伤明显;1/R组血浆及肠组织ET-1均显著高于其它两组(P<0.01),肠组织严重损伤。提示ET-1是肠缺血-再灌损伤的重要因素。
SMAO shock model was used to observe the changes of plasma and intestinal endothelin-1 (ET-1) in I / R group (I group), Ih group (I / R group) and sham operation group (Sham group) )The change. The results showed that there was no significant increase in plasma ET-1 compared with Sham group (P> 0.05), while ET-1 in intestinal tissue was significantly hated (P <0.01) ET-1 in plasma and intestinal tissue were significantly higher than the other two groups (P <0.01), and the intestinal tissue was severely damaged. Tip ET-1 is an important factor in intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury.
