用螺杆泵采油时,抽油杆带动果转子旋转必须克服的反扭矩包括:1.泵转子与定子间初始过盈产生的反扭矩;2.泵定子橡胶溶胀和热胀产生的反扭矩;3.泵进出口液压差作用在转子上产生的反扭矩;4.井液对抽油杆表面产生的摩擦力矩。用试验分析方法得出了前三种反扭矩,计算了第四种反扭矩,并以大庆采油六厂拉9—2638井所用螺杆泵的实际参数为例进行了计算,为合理使用螺杆泵、选择适当的抽油杆参数提供了依据。
