目的探究心理护理对院前急救患者的应用价值。方法选取在我院急诊进行院前急救的86例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者实施常规院前急救护理,实验组患者在常规院前急救护理的基础上加心理护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者依从性有效率(95.3%)、心理问题缓解有效率(93.0%)、患者家属满意率(100%)均高于对照组(81.4%、76.7%、86.0%),且护理投诉率(7.0%)低于对照组(23.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院前急救患者进行心理护理,可以缓解心理问题、提高依从性、减少投诉率、提高患者家属满意度。
Objective To explore the value of psychological nursing for pre-hospital emergency patients. Methods Eighty-six patients who were hospitalized for emergency treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in control group were given routine pre-hospital emergency care. Patients in experimental group were given psychological care on the basis of conventional pre-hospital emergency care, The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The compliance rate (95.3%), the effective rate of psychological problem relieving (93.0%) and the satisfaction rate of family members (100%) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (81.4%, 76.7%, 86.0% The rate (7.0%) was lower than that of the control group (23.3%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency care for patients with psychological care, psychological problems can be alleviated, to improve compliance, reduce complaints rate and improve patient satisfaction with family members.
