教师授课需要使用多种工具。言语是传道授业解惑的主要工具,具备良好的言语素质是教师搞好教学必不可少的重要条件。但是要想收到事半功倍的教学效果,仅靠言语是不够的,还必须掌握并善于使用非言语行为。什么叫非言语行为呢?就是指运用眼神、举止、神态等无声言语,将众多信息输送给对方的行为。美国语言学家对语言研究的结果表明:人们谈话时大约只有百分之三十五的内容是单独通过言语来表达的,而另外百分之六十五的内容主要是靠非言语行为来表
Teacher teaching requires the use of multiple tools. Speech is the main tool for evangelizing confessions. Having good verbal qualities is an indispensable condition for teachers to do well in teaching. However, if you want to receive more effective teaching results, language alone is not enough. You must also master and be good at using nonverbal behavior. What is non-verbal behavior? It refers to the use of eyes, gestures, demeanor, and other silent speeches to convey numerous messages to each other. The results of linguistic studies conducted by American linguists show that only about 35% of people’s speeches are expressed in words alone, while the other 65% are mainly based on non-verbal behavior.
