蒲圻水利枢纽主坝是采取装配式砼坝设计的。主要优点是:1.加速施工进度:当采用块体尺寸为2.54×1.84×0.9公尺时,每月平均大坝上升速度为15~20公尺。2.提高质量:质量包括两个方面,首先大坝砼采用工厂化生产的干硬性砼,胶结后其强度比整体砼更好,其次不因砼中水泥水化热所产生的温度应力来破坏块体。3.节约投资,提早发挥枢纽效益:依初步成果分析,装配部分可节约水泥6.5%左右,并有可能更大的节约水泥用量(现正在进一步研究)。又因施工速度快,使枢纽效益及早发挥并可能减少施工导流的困难和投资。 The main dam of the Beishuang Water Conservancy Project is designed as an assembly type concrete dam.
