目的探讨支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜声带息肉切除的临床效果。方法回顾分析45例患者的临床资料。结果全组术后病理报告均为声带息肉,全组术后随访6个月至3年,平均1.5年。患者均无复发,无声嘶加重、声带损伤、牙齿松动及舌神经受损等并发症出现。本组45例中,治愈27例,好转15例,无效3例。结论支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜切除声带息肉,视野清晰,病变清除彻底,效果满意,复发率低。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laryngoscope and endoscopic vocal cord polypectomy. Methods The clinical data of 45 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the postoperative pathological reports were vocal cord polyps. All patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years with an average of 1.5 years. No recurrence of patients, silent hoarseness, vocal cord injury, loss of teeth and lingual nerve damage and other complications appear. In this group of 45 cases, 27 cases were cured, 15 cases improved, 3 cases were ineffective. Conclusion Support laryngoscopy combined with endoscopic polypectomy vocal cord polyp, clear vision, complete removal of lesions, the effect is satisfactory, the recurrence rate is low.
