分析了环模制粒机的结构、工艺与挤压过程,获得能耗计算公式,得出环模制粒机属于多变量、大滞后、不确定和非线性系统。针对采用传统控制方法难以对环模制粒机控制的问题,创新提出了基于专家系统环模制粒机控制策略,并设计了对应的知识库、推理机和控制规则集。分别对制粒主电机电流及调质器出口温度进行扰动试验,仿真结果表明,该控制策略可以有效实现环模制粒机控制。
The structure, process and extrusion process of the ring die pelletizer were analyzed. The formulas of energy consumption were obtained. It was concluded that the ring die pelletizer belongs to multivariable, large lag, uncertain and nonlinear system. Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to control the ring mold granulator by the traditional control method, the control strategy of the ring mold granulator based on the expert system is proposed innovatively, and the corresponding knowledge base, inference engine and control rule set are designed. Experiments were carried out to perturb the granulation main motor current and the conditioner exit temperature respectively. The simulation results show that this control strategy can effectively realize the control of the ring mold granulator.
