Nitrogen is one of the most common impurities in diamond, which has an important influence on the defect luminescence of diamond.Nitrogen can form a composite defect with the intrinsic defect in diamond. In this paper, firstly, the cathodoluminescence photo (CL) Of the nitrogen-doped diamond was characterized and found that the {100} crystal plane is blue, and then the transmission electron microscope (TEM) on the crystal surface electron irradiation and subsequent annealing to introduce intrinsic point defects and thus form a nitrogen-containing The defects were characterized by low temperature photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. It was found that this crystal face mainly emits light with a nitrogen-vacancy recombination defect (NV center) and a weak 503nm luminescence.
