各向同性的多晶超硬材料广泛应用于机械加工、地质勘探、石油和天然气开采等相关行业,是国民经济发展的重要基础性工具材料。在简述多晶立方氮化硼超硬材料研究现状的基础上,本文详细介绍了超细纳米孪晶结构极硬立方氮化硼这一最新成果,包括形成超细纳米孪晶结构的新策略能够全面提高多晶立方氮化硼综合性能的基本原理、实施过程和实施效果,并对后续研究工作和此类极硬材料的工业化应用进行了讨论。
