目的观察羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层的微种植体和HA+唑来膦酸(ZOL)涂层的微种植体与骨界面的组织学结合情况,分析不同表面处理对微种植体支抗稳定性的影响。方法在骨质疏松家兔左侧胫骨植入2枚HA+ZOL涂层的纯钛种植体,右侧胫骨植入2枚HA涂层纯钛种植体。术后1个月,给予100g交互牵引力持续1个月。测量2枚种植体位移;微种植体周围1cm骨组织的骨密度;制作不脱钙的骨磨片,甲苯胺兰染色,观察微种植体与骨界面的骨结合情况。结果在给予相同的牵引力后,HA+ZOL涂层的比HA涂层的微种植体移动距离小,骨密度高,二组差异有统计学意义,骨组织结合率高。结论局部用唑来膦酸可以提高种植体的稳定性,增加种植体的骨结合率。减少唑来膦酸对骨质疏松患者的不良反应,为临床的应用提供实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the histological binding of micro-implants of HA coated with HA + ZOL coating to bone interface and to analyze the stability of micro-implants supported by different surface treatments Sexual effects. Methods Two pure titanium implants with HA + ZOL coating were implanted into the left tibia of rabbits with osteoporosis. Two HA coated pure titanium implants were implanted into the right tibia. One month after the operation, 100g interactive traction was given for 1 month. The displacement of 2 implants was measured. The bone density of 1 cm bone around the micro-implant was measured. The non-decalcified bone abrasions and toluidine blue staining were observed. The osseointegration between the micro-implants and the bone interface was observed. Results After giving the same traction force, HA + ZOL coating had a smaller moving distance and higher BMD than the HA coated micro-implants. There was significant difference between the two groups and the high rate of bone tissue binding. Conclusion Topical zoledronic acid can improve the stability of implants and increase the rate of bone union in implants. Reduce the side effects of zoledronic acid on patients with osteoporosis, and provide experimental evidence for clinical application.
