随着肿瘤相关理论的不断发展，越来越多的新型抗肿瘤药物被应用于临床中，重组人血管内皮抑素（恩度）是我国研发首批抗血管生成药物，在抑制肿瘤新生血管形成及阻断肿瘤养分供给上具有良好的效果。本文对恩度联合化疗在恶性肿瘤治疗中的现状作一总结分析，旨在为临床恶性肿瘤的治疗提供更加系统、全面的参考依据。“,”More and more new anticancer drugs had been used in clinic with the development of tumor theory.Human endostain(endostar) was the first batch anti-angiogenesis drug in China with good effects to inhibit tumor angiogenesis form and nutrient supply.In this paper,we would analyze current situation of endostar combined chemotherapy on malignancy in order to provide systematic and comprehensive reference.
