为了成功地钻探高温超压复杂地层和满足环境保护的需求 ,研究使用抗高温高密度低毒油包水乳化钻井液是非常必要的 ,其中乳化剂的优选和研制是决定钻井液稳定性和抗温能力的关键。利用破乳电压法和离心法评价了乳化剂的乳化效果 ,通过高温陈化评价了乳化液的高温稳定性 ,用自制高温高压电稳定仪测定了乳状液在高温高压下的稳定性。实验确定了以有机酸和有机酰胺为主乳化剂 ,十二烷基苯磺酸纳为辅乳化剂的乳化剂组成 ,并优选了其加量。结果表明所确定的乳化剂配制的乳状液及高密度乳化钻井液具有良好的稳定性和抗温能力。

The experiment confirmed the organic acid and organic amide as the main emulsifier, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as emulsifier emulsifier composition, and the preferred amount. The results show that the emulsifier formulated emulsion and high-density emulsion drilling fluid has good stability and temperature resistance.
