律师的言论问题本来就有特殊性,律师言论的低容错率使其一开始就受到更为严格的规制,在面对互联网这样一个能实现高速广泛传播信息的工具面前,如何规范律师在互联网上的言论以及相关广告宣传行为已经成为一个新的课题。本文将根据现有法律规定以及相关规范制度,对律师在互联网上进行广告宣传的基本原则进行简单归纳总结,着重论述对律师广告的限制条款中有争议的部分,并针对律师广告与律师职业道德的关系问题浅谈个人看法。
