概述了中国科学院兰州高原大气物理研究所人工影响天气研究工作的过去与现在的发展情况。该研究工作始于1958 年,到现在已有40 年。主要研究工作可分为三个阶段,即1958 ~1965 年为第一阶段,主要开展祁连山人工融雪、人工增雨及人工防雹的研究。1972 ~1978 年为第二阶段,主要开展甘肃省平凉市的人工防雹研究。1980 年至今为第三阶段,主要开展雹云物理、人工触发闪电及人工防雹技术研究。本文除对上述研究过程中的一些主要研究成果进行介绍外,还对其存在的问题和今后的发展进行探讨。
This paper summarizes the past and present development of the research work on artificial weather affecting the Lanzhou Plateau Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The research began in 1958 and has now been 40 years. The main research work can be divided into three stages, that is, the first stage from 1958 to 1965, mainly Qilian artificial snowmelt, artificial rainfall and artificial hail research. From 1972 to 1978 for the second phase, mainly to carry out artificial anti-hail research Pingliang City, Gansu Province. From 1980 till now, it is the third stage, mainly studying the hailstone physics, artificial lightning triggering and artificial hail suppression technology. In addition to introducing some of the major research results in the above research process, this article also discusses its existing problems and future developments.
